First of All, introduction. Ruqiat Shifatu-Badru is a Nigerian, residing in United States of America. Ruqiat works as Systems Engineer during the week and a blogger by weekend. Her hobbies are reading novels, watching movies and writing articles. She recently found her passion for writing while actively participating in a muslimah group on Facebook. A few of her articles have been featured on Bellanaija which includes Letter to My Newly Married Muslimah Sister and others on Muslimah’s voice (of which she is most proud of Intimate with a catholic). Ruqiat is passionate about inspiring women to love themselves and striving hard to attain their maximum potential.
